Marshall County Technology Squared Initiative, Inc. provides technical development in Marshall County, Indiana, and, more particularly, in the City of Plymouth. A planning grant received from the State of Indiana allowed for the development of a master plan for the proposed techFARM™, for which Lehman & Lehman was commissioned. The intent of the proposed techFARM™ development is to form a synergy with the existing and expanding Agri-Businesses in the area.
techFARM™ is an extension of an area comprised of approximately 30 acres. Some adjacent road and utility infrastructure improvements and a preliminary PUD plat of the general area of development have already been completed. In order to keep with the agricultural theme, the buildings of the techFARM™ will be designed with a modern agricultural theme. The first phase of development includes development of “core” areas accessed from a large round-about. A storm water management area will help reduce pollution in an adjacent creek.
Lehman & Lehman provided the client with renderings and an animated fly-through movie which was used in grant submittals.
